I’m going home to visit my family and friends for a whole week! The weather up there is much colder and it’s also suppose to rain here and there -and SNOW! towards the end of my trip. Best believe that I’m really excited for it’s pretty warm here downstate (lower Michigan), so it doesn’t really feel like Christmas. Anyways, here are my must haves.
J.crew Petite Excursion Quilted Down Vest in bleached sand ||
Hunter Original Tall Boots
You can’t go wrong with a down feathered, cozy vest. It’s great for layering with basics, easy to dress up and will definitely keep you warm. Along with some boots – you are all set! This time, I’m opting out for my
Hunter boots since it’s going to be raining quite a bit. Remember your comfy long socks!
David & Young Faux Leather Bow Gloves & Beanie
You can not go up north without these! Gloves and Knitted Hat/beanies are a must ♥
J.crew Petite stadium-cloth majesty peacoat (Dusty Ginger)
You can’t forget your coat. It can either be a puffer jacket, peacoat, anorak -whatever it may be, make sure it’ll match your outfits and will keep you warm 🙂 I opted out for the peacoat for I’m attending a few Holiday parties during my trip so this will be perfect for dressing up and down.
Aerie Real Soft Leggings
Leggings are a total must! I live in these, for they are just so much more comfier than jeans 🙂 Can I get an amen!? haha But these are my favorite ones as of late! Trust me, I’ve tried I think up to 9 brands this whole year and these are the best! Surprisingly enough, they’re on the cheaper end too! Anyways, check out Aerie’s leggings. I mentioned earlier that I will be attending a few Holiday parties so, I can’t forget about my outfit! Mixing something dressy with a basic white top, which I can also wear on a different day with leggings; And of course, my heels! Totally can’t wait to semi-feel like Carrie Bradshaw! ♥
Oh! Can’t forget about statement necklaces. These will definitely help dress up whatever outfits!

With the weather being so cold, a lip balm will definitely come in handy. This is my favorite one.
