DAY BED EXPERIENCE AT THE MODERN HONOLULU

As one of the newest hotels in Honolulu, The Modern Honolulu, provides the best amenities, services, eateries, and activities. We were able to experience a bit of that paradise within paradise. If you are staying at The Modern and want to enjoy what it has to offer, the Day Bed Experience at Sunrise Pool is a place to start.

Our day bed had the perfect spot. The Sunrise Pool (opened for all ages) was directly in front of us. It was easy to take a quick dip, dry off and drift back into relaxation.

Included in our package was frozen (shaved ice texture) coconut mojitos!

Delicious tacos! Highly recommend purchasing these scrumptious creations!

Also we tried the fruit and cheese platter. Reid’s not a cheese person and he thought it was delicious! This plate disappeared in a couple minutes, just long enough to take this picture! You’re looking at different varieties of cheese, that we can’t seem to put a label, kiwi (our favorite!), raspberries, grapes, blueberries, and strawberries!

All food and drinks are delivered to you, allowing you to soak up the comfort the bed has to offer!

When you’re ready to get dressed for dinner, head over to their open showers to rinse off that chlorine. It’s out of sight from everyone (pool/day bed area).

If you’re the type that can’t stay away from breaking news or enjoys catching up on your favorite sports, head over to the bar; approximately 30 feet/ 9 meters from our day bed.
