On our most recent spa experience, we visited Naupaka Spa and Wellness, located at Four Seasons Resort Ko Olina. We’ve visited Four Seasons to dine at NOE and Mina’s Fish House but this was our first time getting treatment at their spa which we were excited about!
NAUPAKA SPA AND WELLNESS
Naupaka Spa and Wellness offers spa services such as facials, massage therapies, body therapies, hair and nail services, and Keiki services. The spa is open from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm. For any spa service, you’re able to enjoy the spa facilities all day so make sure to plan a few hours of relaxation after your treatment. Which is exactly what we did!
Once we checked-in, we filled out the spa form and were given welcome drinks (kombucha) and refreshing towels. Then we went our separate ways (for now) to the men and women’s locker rooms. Since we checked-in just in time for our massage, we weren’t able to enjoy the generous amenities just yet. We changed into a plush robe and headed back to the reception area to meet with our masseuse.
FIRE AND ICE MASSAGE
At Naupaka Spa and Wellness, you can have your massage treatment indoor or outdoor. We opted for an outdoor massage treatment at one of the private cabanas which open up to a lush green garden. The sound of nature was very calming during our massage! For our treatment, we had a couple’s fire and ice massage: Inspired by the elements behind shaping the Hawaiian Islands of fire and ice, this massage enlightens all the senses. Feeling the hot and cold simultaneously aids in settling the inflammation, increases blood flow and encourages balance and harmony. This was our first time experiencing hot and cold therapy and it was incredible!
The price for this massage ranges from $205 to $275 per person for 50 to 80 minutes.
Naupaka Spa and Wellness offers experience enhancers such as Coconut Scalp Treatment, Yoga Balm, and Foot Polish for $20 and Hot Stone Spot Therapy and Ikaika (strong) touch for $10 extra charge.
OUTDOOR GARDEN & TERRACE POOL
Once our treatment was finished, we were offered champagne which we enjoyed in the outdoor zen garden. Couples can relax together in the outdoor garden or terrace pool. After spending some time at both places, we headed back to the men and women’s locker rooms where we spent the majority of the time.
The amenities included a sauna, steam room, whirlpool jacuzzi, and different seating areas. Whether lounging indoors or outdoors, you can enjoy refreshments and snacks such as nuts, dried fruits (mango and apricot), citrus infused water, and assorted tea. This is inside women’s spa lounge:
We left the spa feeling extremely rejuvenated and relaxed! Along with the kind service that we encountered with every staff. We honestly did not want to leave Four Seasons Resort. For our next spa visit, we thought it would be best to just book a room and enjoy the rest of the night at the resort – this will have to wait until next time!
