We recently attended a media preview of an upcoming Wine Dinner at NOE located at Four Seasons Ko Olina. Capichera & Podere Sapaio Wine Dinner – an exclusive dinner that will be held on October 23rd at 6:30pm. NOE is an Italian restaurant with a beautiful indoor and outdoor setting.
The wine dinner includes four delicious courses paired with wine. For one night only, it’s definitely a dinner worth experiencing!
House-made Focaccia Bread
Ahi – scallop, squid salad, spicy marinara, olive, mozzarella, and arugula paste paired with Capichera Vign’Angena Vermentino di Gallura 2017. This dish was very fresh and flavorful!
Maccheroni Neri – crab, bottarga, sea urchin, cherry tomato, and asparagus paired with Capichera Vermentino Isola dei Nuraghi 2016. This was our first time tasting one of NOE’s homemade pasta dish and it was delicious. I devoured the entire dish.
Beef Filet – chestnuts, wild mushroom, beets, and truffle sauce paired with Podere Sapaio “Sapaio” Bolgheri Superiore 2015. The truffle sauce with the beef fillet was Reid’s favorite.
Chocolate Bliss – chocolate flourless cake, caramelized cocoa nibs,
macnut streusel, candied strawberry, strawberry sorbet, and micro basil paired with Podere Sapaio Volpolo 2016. I love the richness of the chocolate flourless cake, it was mouthwatering!
