When we checked-in at The Udaya Resorts & Spa, we were given a welcome 15-minute neck and head massage at the spa. It was a great introduction to their spa because it made us want to book a whole spa treatment! The 15-minute massage felt like seconds since it was incredible! What a way to welcome the guests! This was not the only treatment that we experienced at Kaveri Spa.

Bali has been acknowledged for it’s “wellness tourism” and there is definitely a lot of places in Ubud for it. CELEBRATION OF FLOWERS

The most well-known treatment in Bali – Celebration of Flowers (Flower Bath), the experience is 45 minutes. It can be personalized according to your needs – the staff is very accommodating at The Udaya! For my treatment, they created a surprise flower design. As soon as we checked-in, we were greeted with tea and the therapist walked us to one of the suites. The bath was ready and the water was a perfect temperature. The whole set-up was so picturesque at a very reasonable rate! Flowers were very fresh and to my surprise, it’s not as delicate to move around as it looks, the flower layer is quite thick.

This was a dream come true experience for me while in Bali and one I’ve had on my bucket list for a while now. Although it was quite difficult to get the picture-perfect, and stressful, “Instagram” shot – the best part was actually having fun with the flowers and relaxing in the bath!

The flower bath was everything I had imagined! The art display of flowers and bath itself is beautiful in every way and everyone must experience it at least once. The Udaya Resorts & Spa is a perfect place for it!
