Father’s Day is right around the corner! Have you planned a perfect day for the man in your life? Today, I’ll be sharing how to plan a great Father’s Day. While it’s important to show love daily, Father’s Day is a special day we like to celebrate. As a father and a husband, he plays a big role in our household and he deserves this special day. Since he loves going to the beach, what better way to plan it around the beach!
SURPRISE HIM WITH BREAKFAST
For my husband, instead of breakfast, his morning routine consist of making coffee. To start the day, instead of him making coffee, I’ll have it ready-to-go for him with a special gift that reminds us of his love for the ocean. Each item in the bag represents the ocean such as the air freshener surfboard, surf wax, and a cologne.
GIVE HIM SOMETHING MEANINGFUL
I went with the Nautica Voyage cologne from Walmart because it reminded me of the beach. The way it looks like the ocean water and smells very crisp with a deep aquatic scent. The fragrance is absolutely perfect for my husband and I love the smell of it! Nautica has a range of fresh, aquatic fragrances for men that are timeless, confident, and masculine. Which makes the perfect gift to celebrate the fathers in your life this Father’s Day. Plus, you can even enjoy a $5 offer from Nautica this Father’s Day by texting “NAUTICA” to 79495!
DO HIS FAVORITE ACTIVITY
After breakfast, I plan on spending the rest of the day at the beach doing his favorite activities such as snorkeling and surfing! If you ask my husband what he wants to do for any special holiday, it would always be spent at the beach. No complaints about that – after all, there’s really nothing more therapeutic than the salt water.
PLAN A NICE DINNER WITH HIM
Once we get all the vitamin D and saltwater therapy for the day, we’ll head to an early family dinner. Depending on what time we finish at the beach, we will either rinse off at the beach and head from there or do a quick freshen up at home, then off to dinner, we go!
