Important 2026 Update

Karai Crab may have permanently closed their S. King Street location. Multiple sources report the restaurant as closed, though some listings still show it as active. Please call (808) 952-6990 to confirm before visiting.

A locals favorite seafood dining, Karai Crab, opened their new location at South King Street. We attended a media preview this week and were able to try a few items from their menu. Some of the offerings we sampled were: shrimp and grits, ahi cakes, cioppino, and seasoned shrimp. Along with a few signature cocktails such as the Lanikai Lychee and Karai Cucumber-rita. With delicious seafood, unique home made sauces, and signature cocktails, we will definitely be back to try more!
