Go big or go home! During our family trip to Las Vegas, we headed over to Fremont Street and ziplined – superhero style! It’s definitely one of the best activities to do in Las Vegas.
SlotZilla is a slot machine inspired zipline attraction. It offers two choices of zip lines: Zipline and Zoomline. SlotZilla’s Zipline is 77 feet/23 meters, runs halfway of the Fremont Street Experience and is in a traditional zip line position (sitting down) this is perfect for families with younger kids. Being that I love heights, I booked us for the SlotZilla Zoomline which runs through the entire Fremont. It’s 114 feet/34 meters and went 40 miles per hour/ 64 kilometres per hour.
SlotZilla Riders Information:
Zipline riders weight: 60-300 lbs – Under 6’8″ // $25 usd per person
Zoomline riders weight 100-300 lbs. – Under 6’8″ // $45 usd per person (Fri. and Sat. after 5:00 p.m. is Primetime Pricing, $49 usd)
*Riders under 13 years of age must be accompanied by a rider 13 or older.
After checking-in at the SlotZilla box office (located next to the SlotZilla takeoff tower, between 4th Street and Las Vegas Blvd.) , we received our wrist bands and headed up a few flights of stairs to get our zip gear on. They also gave us a bag to put our purse/valuables in and then clipped the durable bag on our zip to travel with us! I’ve done multiple zip lines before and this was my first zip line with no helmet gear. Helmet gear was only offered to those if you have a GoPro to attach it to.
Once we got to the top via lift/elevator, we were off to fly superhero style over the crowds on Fremont Street. It was a thrilling bucket list experience that was well worth it! We enjoyed our zoomline ride and consider it a must if you’re a thrill seeker! If you’re in town with friends or family, definitely head over to Fremont Street to experience SlotZilla Zipline or Zoomline!
