Eastern Australia has many famous beaches but only a few standout. Bondi beach was my (Reid) personal favorite. It was very fast, the surf was epically perfect at the time we visited and it had a very Californian beach vibe. People were working out in the droves and just as many dogs as there were people played in the sand and waves. Although it was a bit cold (cold during the Australian winter), I could have spent an entire day here. The best part is, you don’t have to be a surfer to enjoy this beach. There are many activities around town and amazingly cool chill spots throughout the area. This is definitely a beach we will have to revisit!
