Our most essential bag while traveling is our gear bag. This backpack contains all of our digital documenting gadgets and without it, would make our adventures less worthwhile. At some point in the future, we will plan one trip in which we travel with only our cell phone and no carry-on’s; just to test ourselves. For now, this backpack and what it contains will fulfill our needs.

Lowepro Flipside Trek Backpack

Whenever we travel, this is our main backpack so we have our necessities in here as well such as our phone. We both have iPhones and Mary has the iPhone7+ card holder by JimmyCase. She uses this on the daily, even when we travel. This wallet case has an elastic pocket that stretches out and can hold up to 6 credit cards and cash! For vlogging, we use the Sony a5100. This is our third sony a5100 because we’ve dropped it throughout the years. We love this model so much we just keep purchasing the same one. Definitely a great camera!

After using the Canon T5i for photos, we finally upgraded to the Canon 5D Mark IV. Best decision (upgrade) we’ve made to our gear collection and the quality is outstanding!

The Canon 75mm‑300mm lens is a great zoom lens. We’ve taken shots from a great distance while the quality is not deteriorated.

We use the Tokina 11-20mm f/2.8 for more wide and landscape shots

Lastly and most important one, our favorite backpack! We use the Lowepro Flipside Trek Backpack. This pack holds all our gear effortlessly!

We use the top pocket for our charging cords and while on the go, our external/portable charger.

The body of the bag can be separated which divides up sections for the bigger electronics such as cameras and drones. It’s very customizable and moved around to your liking.
