Before our travels to southeast Asia, we were well prepared for a hot and humid climate via word of mouth. But very little was mentioned about the food: The food throughout Bali was amazing! The healthy options, the endless supply of fruit and multi-flavored dishes kept our mouths salivating for every upcoming meal.
It seemed every location, every meal, individual cooks were outperforming each other when it came to dish flavors. On one free Sunday morning, we were happily surprised to find ourselves at The Mulia Bali Resort for their famous Sunday Brunch at Soleil, where our eyes and taste buds were in for the most ambrosial treats over our month-long endeavor.
Hours for the Soleil Sunday brunch at The Mulia: 11 am – 3 pm (1100-1500) – Get there early or make a reservation. We highly recommend making a reservation in advance because seats are limited!
