M.A.C. 24/7 NEW MENU ITEMS & M.A.C. MOMMA CHEESEBURGER CHALLENGE

We had a chance to eat some tasty new grinds at M.A.C. 24/7 located at Hilton Waikiki Beach. For the recent media event, we tasted the new items along with signature dishes, and the launch of the M.A.C. Momma Cheeseburger Challenge! M.A.C. 24/7 is open 24 hours and 7 days a week offering modern American cuisine. It is the perfect place to dine with family and friends for some fresh and creative twists on American and Hawaiian comfort food.

We started off with a delicious Li Hing Lemonade Mocktail drink – this is available on their menu!

Green Beans Tempura with Sriracha-roasted garlic mayo. This was very easy to eat as it tasted similar to fries! Great way to get your greens in.

Kahuku Style Surf and Turf – 10 oz. grilled New York steak, half dozen jumbo garlic shrimp, sautéed mixed vegetables, garlic mashed potatoes. (Gluten-free)

Southwest Street Dog – Bacon wrapped Boar’s Head all-beef-frank with lomi tomatoes, sliced jalapeños, chipotle aioli, lime sour cream on island fresh baked roll served with crispy side of winder fries. (Can be gluten-free with no bun)

Avocado Toast – Toasted sweet bread, smashed avocado, local mixed greens, lemon olive oil, alaea Hawaiian sea salt (vegan). Fried egg can be added. (Can be gluten-free with English muffin substitute)

M.A.C. Momma Cheeseburger Challenge – Individual guests who can finish the cheeseburger in 45 minutes gets it for free and have their photo posted on the M.A.C. Momma Cheeseburger Hall of Fame wall. The $45 cheeseburger includes two pounds of black angus beef patty, with cheddar cheese, teriyaki sauce, Portuguese sausage, applewood smoked bacon, grilled pineapple rings, avocado, kunia tomatoes, green leaf lettuce, crispy onion rings on a brioche bun served with a side of crackling chicharon and garlic shoyu-vinegar dipping sauce.
