P.F. Chang’s Waikiki Valentine’s Day Dinner

If you have read our latest post, then you know what is right around the corner – Valentine’s Day! We rounded up the best places to dine for the special day. In Waikiki, there are many restaurants celebrating with their own special Valentine’s Day menu. Over the weekend, we had dinner at one of our favorite restaurants – P.F. Chang’s in Waikiki.

P.F. Chang’s Waikiki is offering their exclusive Valentine’s Day special menu from February 7 through February 16. With a pre-fixe 4-course meal and 5 alcoholic beverages, it is only $76.99 per couple! This is one of the most amazing deals in Waikiki!

STARTER COCKTAIL

To start off the night, we selected two cocktails from their menu from Aperol Spritzer, Bulleit Bourbon Old Fashioned, Lillet Rosé Cocktail, and Peach Mango Bellini.

SUSHI COURSE

For the first course, we started off with a Waikiki Sushi Roll which is paired with White Peach Sake. The Waikiki Sushi Roll is one of the favorites on the regular menu. Also, the White Peach Sake is now our favorite sake we have ever tasted! It was very smooth and paired perfectly with the sushi roll.

DIM SUM COURSE

We absolutely love the dim sum at P.F. Chang’s! Especially, after making our very own dim sum at the restaurant. We were excited to have this on the Valentine’s Day menu. The dim sum course had Shrimp Dumplings, Peking Dumpling, Crab Wonton, and Avocado Roll paired with La Marca Prosecco. Coming in, Crab Wonton was my favorite and after tasting the Avocado Roll, it quickly became my new favorite. This is a special moment because I am usually not a fan of avocado. Reid’s favorite was the Peking Dumpling.

MAIN COURSE

For the main course, we were able to select one from the options such as Chimichurri Steak & Prawns and Hunan Lobster & Prawns and it is served with brown or white rice. For the drinks, we selected two from the options such as Craggy Rangy Pinot Noir, Sonoma Cutrer chardonnay, Kendal Jackson Cabernet Sauvignon, or Beer of choice. We went with the Hunan Lobster & Prawns and two glasses of Sonoma Cutrer Chardonnay.

DESSERT

For dessert, the choices were The Great Wall of Chocolate or Banana Spring Rolls. Then we selected two drinks from Coffee or Espresso, Strawberry Chocolate Martini, or Strawberry Espresso Martini. We went with the Great Wall of Chocolate, Coffee, and Strawberry Espresso Martini.
