Our weekend was jam-packed with exciting activities over the weekend! We had family visiting Hawaii and staying at Ko Olina. It was perfect timing because Mina’s Fish House was celebrating their one year anniversary at Four Seasons Oahu at Ko Olina the same weekend!

The celebration started off with a champagne greeting at Naupaka Spa & Wellness Centre which was hosted by Spa Director, Amanda Schmiege. Then, after touring the vicinity, walked over to Mina’s Fish House for a special introduction to Ryan Houser, the world’s only Fish Sommelier! When dining at Mina’s Fish House, you’ll get the best dining experience with knowledgable staff!
It was our first time visiting Mina’s Fish House and tasting their food. Ryan Houser was able to tell us what was served at Mina’s Fish House that night. With his knowledge about fish, he’s able to perfectly pair their meal with the best fish and an accompanying alcoholic drink. To celebrate Mina’s Fish House first year anniversary, we were able to enjoy light dishes and refreshments.

2026 Update
Mina’s Fish House continues to operate at the Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina, led by James Beard Award-winning Chef Michael Mina. The beachside restaurant remains one of Ko Olina’s premier dining destinations. Reservations are recommended and can be booked through OpenTable or the Four Seasons website.
