8 COURSES, 3 COCKTAILS, 1 NIGHT ONLY!
A new chef’s table concept will be happening at 100 Sails Restaurant & Bar located at Prince Waikiki. We were invited to a media preview, where we sampled four out of an eight-course meal. One dish from every significant era that changed the islands such as pre-western contact, post-western contact, the plantation era, and the modern era. This will be a new experience hosted at Prince Waikiki and the menu and theme will be different, quarterly!
Everyone, locals near and visitors afar, are invited to this special ‘Off The Eaten Path’ event on Wednesday, May 22 at 18:00 (6:00 PM). It will feature 100 Sails’ Sous Chef Jared Suekawa, creator of this unmatched, storytelling cuisine. Dine at Prince Waikiki in the Naio Room to experience the progression of Hawaii through taste, sight, and smell! Get your tickets soon because this is a reservation only event.
