Royal Hawaiian Center, Waikiki’s premier shopping and dining destination, announced the reopening of P.F. Chang’s on September 7th, following an extensive renovation. The restaurant’s enhanced design elements, combined with a reimagined menu – creating an inviting ambience and an energetic dining experience.

The redesign infuses Hawaiian and Asian-inspired details such as the puka lava stone exterior and the main dining area’s stunning hand-painted murals by Pheonix-based artist, Nyla Lee. Japanese characters throughout the murals translate to “Hawaii”, “Waikiki”, and “Oahu Island” also known as “The Gathering Place”. The largest mural acts as a showpiece, inscribed with a famous Chinese proverb that translates to “Be not afraid of going slowly, be only afraid of standing still”.
Zen Garden: the botanist gin, lemon, pure cane sugar, butterfly pea flower extract – the cocktail comes out of a glassware flask which creates a fun experience to start off with! The Tourist: hatozaki finest japanese whisky, ginger liqueur, bitters, lemon, orange, egg white – this is a fun drink for everyone!
