Pa’ina Café: One of my top three places to buy a Poke (pronounced po-keh) bowl (other two – Tamura’s Market and Foodland). Chopsticks a must! My favorite times to eat a fresh Poke bowl is right after a long beach day, strenuous hike, or a laid back cruise session with friends while sipping down a cold one.

Pa’ina Café is a modern, hip, sophisticated shop; almost like Starbucks but instead of coffee, they have fresh cut fish. Workers are friendly and prepare your meal right in front of you in a very timely manner, no matter how long the line. The shop was full during this visit but I received my bowl in 5 minutes.

If you’re looking for FRESH fish, add Pa’ina Café to your “must eat” list.DSC08960
