Aloha everyone! Mary here with a “What’s in my suitcase” for our Los Angeles Trip. After a few posts I’ve seen for “what people bring on their trips” or “how to pack”, I decided to share what I’m bringing. From our last trip, which was in Alaska, we used our Delsey Titanium suitcases. I didn’t get a chance to post what I packed but this time, I’m more prepared to show how I pack my suitcase. This is something I enjoy posting and sharing about and hopefully will be sharing how we pack for each trip.

For our Los Angeles trip, I’m using my Delsey Châtelet Hard + suitcase ($299.99). This is the 24″ spinner luggage in Champagne color. What I love about these Delsey suitcases is that they are very lightweight compared to other hardside suitcases. The Châtelet suitcase is very popular, I absolutely adore the faux leather accents. It also has an integrated TSA-accepted lock and zip SECURITECH™ for maximum security. The best part is that the suitcase has silent double spinner wheels making it easier to travel with.

Let’s get into the details of the inside of this suitcase: There are two full packing compartments with tie-down straps and zippered dividers. It also comes with a removable hanger, laundry bag, and shoe bags. For someone that always likes to be organized while traveling, the compartment of this suitcase is a perfect fit. My clothes are all packed inside the packing cubes and I placed it on the left side of the suitcase. Being that my clothes are what weigh the most, placing it on the bottom and back side of the suitcase will make it easier for me to pull. Similar packing cubes can be found here.

Each pair of shoes is placed in each bag. This keeps the bag clean and all the items clean. Again, placing heavier things on the bottom of the suitcase makes it easier to pull and the suitcase throughout the airport or at the destination. Similar shoe bags can be found here.
