Santorini, Greece has been on the bucket list for a very long time. The amazing view, white buildings, blue domes, and luxury hotels with infinity pools, what a dream destination! I did not take it for a place with one of the most amazing foods I’ve ever tasted! We ate at numerous restaurants and tasted a ton of amazing food and narrowed it down to the 12 Foods You Must Try in Santorini.

1. Kastro Oia Restaurant

Address: Oia 847 02, Greece

After eating at a number of restaurants in Oia, Greece, Kastro Oia Restaurant was our absolute favorite place to dine. The food and service were so amazing that we made a reservation twice. The outdoor dining also overlooks Amoudi Bay from the top and has the best sunset view out of all the restaurants in Oia. We could not pick a favorite dish from the restaurant as all of the dishes we tasted were impeccable.

Santorini is the place to remember when it comes to iced coffee. Our first night in Oia, a few of us ordered iced coffee and it became an everyday craving. Iced coffee is not hard to find around Greece and every place we had it from was delicious. It’s creamy and the caffeine is strong, just the way it’s supposed to be. This specific iced coffee has vanilla ice cream in it!

11. Lolitas Gelato

Address: Oia 84702 Santorini Cyclades

While staying in Oia, locals recommended going to Lolitas Gelato for dessert. We went here almost every day and absolutely have no regrets! Every time we went there was a line no matter what time during the day. This gelato spot offers interesting flavors and generous portions. Apostolos, the creator, of the place, was there to serve us and informed us that every gelato flavor is made with pure ingredients, which is the reason for the rich taste!
